Studio33 - Eliza Mougel

A specialist in maternity photography based in Montargis, Eliza Mougel (Studio33) places kindness and intimacy at the heart of every session. My practice aims to reveal what is already vibrating within you: the curve of the belly, the light in a gaze, the bond with your partner or children. A maternity session here is not just a "shoot": it’s a pause to reconnect with your body and the adventure that is beginning. My approach combines intimate portrait photography and lifestyle photography. Before the session we talk at length: over a coffee I listen to your wishes and references (I often ask you to choose five favourite images to better understand your aesthetic). In the studio I enjoy playing with light and shadow to sculpt the maternal silhouette; in lifestyle sessions I capture gestures, silences and moments of connection at home or outdoors. Everything is adapted to your pace and comfort. I provide practical support so you arrive feeling calm: preparation tips, outfit guidance, light makeup suggestions, and small tricks for hands and accessories. If you prefer a more intimate result, partially nude or boudoir images can be created with full respect for your boundaries and modesty. The presence of your partner or children is warmly welcome — I always work to create a gentle, relaxed atmosphere for natural, emotionally rich images. Believing in the union of body and soul, I also offer an optional energetic support (Reiki) to support the expectant mother before or after the session. My hope is that you leave the studio feeling lighter and more confident, with images that speak of you, your story and this unique time. Whether you seek an artistic portrait, documentary-style shots of your daily life or a timeless image of your baby bump, I bring my portraitist expertise to serve your maternity.
